I’m not the biggest fish eater but once in a while I grave for some. Passing the fish counter today I felt today is the day to eat fish. So I grabbed some pike fillet and some greens and salad material to whip up a simple fishy dinner.
Butter fried pike fillet, turkish beans and sugar peas with green salad

What to do:
Vine instructions (sorry about the finger): http://vine.co/v/bHILwW23mrq
Prep the stuff. Cut the pike fillet into two. Half the sugar peas and turkish beans. Chop the garlic. Youre ready to cook!
Heat a large pan. Drizzle some olive oil. When hot add butter and garlic. Fry for a minute. When butter has fully melted add the pike fillet pieces and turkish beans and sugar peas. Fry for 2-3 minutes (depending on the thickness of the pike fillet). Season with salt and pepper. Turn the fish over. Season some more. Fry for 2 minutes. You’re done frying. Plate the dish. Put the rucola and baby spinach on the plate. Add the fish, sugar peas and turkish beans. Drizzle the melted butter over everything. Voilà!
Bon appétit!
