Here’s a recipe for the easiest superdelish pasta ever!
Creamy smoked salmon pasta
200 g hot-smoked salmon
200 ml double cream
leek
pasta (whichever you like)
parmesan cheese
trout eggs (or salmon eggs)
salt
pepper
olive oil
What to do:
Boil the pasta. While the pasta is boiling chop the leek (about 3 cm piece). Heat a pan. Add olive oil. Throw in the smoked salmon and the chopped leek. Fry a little. Pour in the double cream. Season with salt and pepper. Bring the heat to minimum. Simmer until the cream has reduced into a saucy consistency. Check your pasta. When al dente drain and toss into the sauce. Mix. Plate the creamy pasta. For garnishing grate some parmesan and add a spoonful of trout eggs and a little freshly ground black pepper. Voilà!
